Lost your pet? Search your neighborhood. Look on the local Shelter websites, view the Stray and Adoptable pages. Peruse the Lost & Found Page and look through the Found Animals. Record your lost pet and upload it's picture, if desired.
Visit the Animal Shelter to view strays. The Livingston County Humane Society may also have your pet, check with them. Stop in every couple of days to view new intakes. Descriptions of the same animal can vary from person to person. Don't rely on a phone call to identify your pet. Remember, the more effort made, the greater the chance of finding your pet.
Prevent your pet from getting lost. Keep your cats indoors at all times with safety collar and ID tags. License your dogs, fit them with an ID, and leash them when outdoors. Microchips are helpful to ensure your pet's safe return home. |
